Who

This promotional contest is open to legal residents of
the United States,
except residents of NY and RI, age

and older with a valid federal or state identification
except the following classes of persons who are
ineligible to participate:

One, or any other promotional agency otherwise
associated with this event are not eligible to
participate or win this contest.

Persons who have won another contest or promotion of

days before the contest are not eligible to
participate or win this contest.
How
to Play:
There is no purchase necessary to enter or participate
in the contest. Contest can be entered at

2000 finalist(s) will be selected for the chance
to participate in the contest.
Finalist(s) must be present to win.
If a selected finalist is not present on the
contest date, an alternate finalist may be selected.
Difficulties with getting to locations to enter the
contest are not the responsibility of
Capital City Harley-Davidson / Ronald McDonald
House Charities of Tallahassee.
2000 finalist(s) will each be given the
opportunity to attempt the contest by recording a 5
digit random number code onto the official sign-in form,
and entering that code into the digital lock on the lock
box. In
order to be a valid attempt, each eligible contestant
must:
-
Print and sign their full name, along with their 5
digit number code on the first unoccupied line of
the provided official contest sign-in registration
form.
-
After completing this information, the contestant
may then enter their 5 digit number code into the
digital lock on the lock box, followed by the * key
on the key pad.
In order to claim the Grand Prize:
-
In order for the grand prize to be awarded, the code
recorded by the contestant on the official sign-in
form and entered by the contestant into the digital
lock must exactly match the predetermined winning
code selected for this contest by the insurance
provider that is contained in the sealed security
envelope.
The act of opening the lock box or releasing
the key does not constitute a winning attempt.
In order to be considered a winning attempt:
a. An eligible contestant must record
the winning 5 digit code on the sign-in registration
form;
b. Trigger the locking mechanism and
open the lock box only by means of entering
that winning 5 digit code into the locking
mechanism; AND
c.
The
contestant’s code must exactly match the
predetermined winning code selected by the insurance
provider that is contained in the sealed security
envelope, and that was preprogrammed by the
insurance provider into the electronic digital lock.

The grand prize will not be awarded as a
result of any of the following reasons including,
but not limited to:
a. Any code recorded by the contestant
on the sign-in form and entered into the digital
lock that does not match the predetermined winning
code contained in the sealed security envelope, and
programmed into the lock by the insurance provider.
b.
Any contestant who is able to open the lock box and
release the key using a non-winning code for any
reason including physically forcing entry, equipment
damage, or malfunction.
c.
Any tampering with the lock box or locking mechanism
that results in the prize vault door being opened.
d.
Any malfunction of the locking mechanism, electronic
digital lock or lock box that results in the lock
box being opened with a non-winning code.
e.
A
contestant that records a winning code on the
official sign-in form, but fails to properly enter
that code into the digital locking mechanism, and
thereby triggering the locking mechanism.

In the event of a winner, the winner will be
required to sign an eligibility affidavit and
liability release waiver before the prize will be
awarded. The winner must come to
Capital City
Harley-Davidson at a mutually
agreed date and time at least 2 weeks prior to
delivery of the grand prize. The winning contestant
will also be required to submit a copy of valid
identification (driver’s license), and a copy of
their social security card.

Winner acknowledges that American Hole ‘n One and
Capital City
Harley-Davidson/Ronald
McDonald House Charities of Tallahassee
have the right to publicize your name,
character likeness, photograph, voice and the fact
that you are a grand prize winner without further
authorization or financial remuneration.

Prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to
collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the
prize. If forfeited, prize will remain property of
Capital City
Harley-Davidson / Ronald McDonald House
Charities of Tallahassee.
Another winner will not be selected.

If the winner is found to be in violation of these
rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her
prize.
Prizes:
The
grand prize for this contest is
2009 Harley-Davidson Dyna
Glide (max. value $15,000.00).
A maximum of (2)

grand prize(s) will be awarded in the event that the
official contest finalist meets all contest requirements
described above, and the terms and conditions of the
sponsor’s contract. Prizes are non-transferable and are
not redeemable for cash or alternative prize
substitution. All taxes and associated fees are the
responsibility of the grand prize winner. If no finalist
successfully matches the predetermined 5 digit number
code in exact order according to the contest rules and
contract terms and conditions, no grand prize will be
awarded. Total prize value is approximately
$15,000.00 Cash.
Capital City Harley-Davidson
is not responsible for and will provide no warranties
regarding the use of the grand prize. For a winner list,
please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to

or contest changes without notice at any time and

The odds of being

Tijuana Flats
Grand Opening
On Monday, June 30, Tijuana Flats, famous for its fresh
Tex-Mex food and signature hot sauces, debuted its first
location in Tallahassee at 3111 Mahan Drive. To
celebrate the occasion, the restaurant informed guests
during its opening day that every dollar made that day
would be donated to the restaurants Just in Queso
Foundation, which provides aid to individuals,
communities and organizations in need. The
foundation then surprisingly donated $1,500 raised
during the opening to Ronald McDonald House Charities of
Tallahassee.

Flag Day Ceremony at Ronald McDonald House

Woodmen of the
World and Timberlane Church of Christ members jointly
hosted a flag dedication ceremony at The Ronald McDonald
House of Tallahassee.
The Woodmen of the World is
one of the largest presenters of American flags.
Local members have
installed a new flag pole at Ronald McDonald House for
this patriotic celebration of Flag Day 2008.
Flags are presented to
non-profit groups like the Ronald McDonald House,
schools, churches, and community centers.
The goal is to promoted
pride in America and civic responsibility by its
members.
Life and health insurance
and annuity products are issued nationwide by Woodmen of
the World Life Insurance Society.
As par t of their community
outreach, Timberlane Church of Christ members are
assisting in the flag dedication.
In addition, they have
donated a microwave oven to be used by families of
children in medical crisis.
On a regular basis, church
members deliver nutritious meals to families staying at
the Ronald McDonald House.

Ronald McDonald House gets boost from Loyal Order of
Moose

The Ronald McDonald House of Tallahassee has received
$2,130.00 from the Loyal Order of Moose and the Women of
Moose to be used for the Share-A-Night Program.
Share-A-Night enables donors to provide a
night's lodging for $10 to a family with a pediatric
patient being treated at any medical facility in
Tallahassee. Actual expense for the program
services Ronald McDonald House provides would be at
least $75 per night. Kathy Anderson, RMHC
Executive Director, said:
“Moose lodge members are demonstrating today the
positive impact of civic involvement in the local
community.
Their donations have provided for 304 families with
children in medical crisis for one week at the Ronald
McDonald House.”
The Tallahassee Ronald McDonald House program has
provided a “home-away-from-home” for over 4,200 family
members since opening its doors in 1989.
The charity will place an engraved brick in the
“Walkway of Friends” leading to the Ronald McDonald
House front door acknowledging the generosity of the
Loyal Order of Moose and the Women of Moose.

Deloitte's
Ninth Annual Impact Day

Today local Deloitte employees set aside their regular
work and contributed their time and business skills for
the ninth annual Impact Day, a one-day celebration of
its year-round commitment to workplace volunteerism.
Employees took shifts and painted rooms giving them a
much needed face lift.

A Cool Drink For
A Good Cause

Lauren and Andrew set up a Kool-Aid Stand in their
neighborhood last summer to raise money for the Ronald
McDonald House of Tallahassee. They were open
Weekdays and Weekends from 2-3 pm. The price was
just 25˘ a cup with 100% of proceeds being donated to
RMH of Tallahassee. They raised a total of $
48.37! Thanks Lauren and Andrew!

District Representatives from Autotrader.com came
together to help at the Ronald McDonald House.
They completed chores from the labor of love and left
the house sparkling clean!

Roof-N-Ready Donation

Tech Thomas owner of Roof-N-Ready and a member of
the St. Peter's Anglican Church volunteered his time and
water sealed the rear and side decks, picnic tables,
gazebo, front walkway, and steps.

02/06/2008 - Farm Bureau Donation
The spirit of giving continued for
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tallahassee at noon
today when it received a generous food donation from the
Florida Farm Bureau in recognition of Food Check-Out
Week. To mark the occasion Florida Farm Bureau members
from across North Florida delivered food and prepared
lunch at the Ronald McDonald House in
Tallahassee.
Also, the charity’s
freezers were filled to help feed the visiting families
of pediatric patients for months to come.
By February 6 of this year, the
average family has earned enough income to pay for their
entire food bill for 2008.
“Food is affordable in the
U.S.
because
America’s
farmers and ranchers are the most productive in the
world,” said Dan Buchanan,
Farm Bureau District II Field Man. “We’re proud of our
contribution to society and Food Check-Out Week gives us
the opportunity to share some of our success with others
through Ronald McDonald House Charities here in
Tallahassee.”

Donated to House by Skandia

donated and installed blinds for 19 windows
at the Ronald McDonald House this past
Thursday. Skandia Window Fashions, a

RMHC Receives
Humanitarian Contribution from FSU
Foundation
Former
RMH Weekend Manager, Alleen Weathers,
was recently recognized as a
finalist of the 2007 President's
Undergraduate Humanitarian of the
Year Award at Florida State
University.
The
President's Undergraduate
Humanitarian of the Year Award is a
prestigious award that recognizes
students who exhibit tremendous
commitment to service. Each school
or college selects one student to be
the Humanitarian of the Year.
Students are then recognized at an
awards luncheon hosted by FSU
President Wetherell. Students also
receive $200 that is donated in
their name to the nonprofit agency
of their choice. Finally, the
student who best exemplifies
commitment to service is named the
President’s Undergraduate
Humanitarian of the Year and an
additional $1,000 is given as a
donation to the nonprofit agency of
his or her choice. The President’s
Undergraduate Humanitarian of the
Year is also FSU's representative
and candidate for the
Howard R.
Swearer Student Humanitarian Award,
a national award given by Campus
Compact.
Alleen,
enrolled in the College of Arts and
Sciences, has served on the
Executive Team for Relay for Life
and as an Outreach Project Team
Leader with the Center for Civic
Education and Service. Alleen has
served as a family pal at Camp Boggy
Creek, a camp for children with
chronic illnesses and their
families. She had the opportunity to
work with the medically underserved
in Jamaica as a member of
International Medical Outreach and
Caribbean American Medical
Educational Organization.
As a
finalist in this competition, Alleen
donated her $200.00 to Ronald
McDonald House Charities of
Tallahassee, Inc. We are very
proud of her accomplishment and
appreciate her kindness!

RMHC
 As part of USA TODAY's 25th
Anniversary, the paper is
recognizing the charities it
supports with a feature 'snapshot'
on the front page. This week's
highlighted charity is Ronald
McDonald House Charities. The three
core programs of RMHC - the Ronald
McDonald House, the Ronald McDonald
Family Room and the Ronald McDonald
Care Mobile - are focused on helping
families in need. In addition to
supporting the core programs, RMHC
and a global network of local
chapters in 50 countries have
awarded hundreds of millions of
dollars in grants and program
